We're thrilled to introduce you to the enhanced trade portal on our website, which is designed to offer a seamless and improved experience for all our trade customers.

In our continuous effort to provide you with the best service, we've revamped our Trade Program offering to address some of the concerns and challenges that were faced with our previous system. These changes aim to make your interactions with us smoother and more convenient.

WHAT'S NEW

With our new portal, you'll have access to up-to-date trade prices, making it easier to confidently navigate our product offerings. Plus, we've streamlined the login process – no more passwords! Instead, you'll receive a secure 6-digit code to your email the first time you access the portal. It's hassle-free, and you won't need to enter it again unless you choose to log out.

The new portal also offers a couple of new features, the ability to set up company-level trade accounts, so that you can share orders with your colleagues, and secondly a new pending orders tab so you can easily access and pay for quotes.

COMPANY ACCOUNTS

We're excited to introduce a new feature that offers greater flexibility and control in how you manage your Lighting Collective trade orders for your business.

We now have the capability to set up your business as a company account. We understand that businesses come in all shapes and sizes, and this feature is designed to cater to your unique requirements.

Here's what you can expect with the new company account setup:

Streamlined Account Management: Will allow us to group all individual profiles associated with your business within a single, cohesive space. This feature simplifies account management, making it easier for our team and yours to collaborate and share information more effectively.

Customized Access: You have the freedom to let us know the different access levels you'd like us to assign to your staff members when setting up your company accounts. There are two primary access types: "Location Admin" and "Ordering Only." The "Location Admin" role provides full visibility to your company's full list of orders, while the "Ordering Only" role allows individuals to view and manage only the orders they have placed.

We encourage the Main Contact of your company account to fill out the form as while this remains unsubmitted all accounts will be set up as ‘Ordering Only’

PENDING ORDERS TAB

Additionally, as part of this enhanced feature, in your trade portal you will have access to a 'Pending Order' tab. Any Quote Orders created by our Lightning Collective team will be available in this tab. It's important to note that these Quote Orders will require payment from your company before they can be processed.

*pending orders still have a validation of 30 days and will be archived after that period.
