With our new portal, you'll have access to up-to-date trade prices, making it easier to confidently navigate our product offerings. Plus, we've streamlined the login process – no more passwords! Instead, you'll receive a secure 6-digit code to your email the first time you access the portal. It's hassle-free, and you won't need to enter it again unless you choose to log out.

With our portal, you also have the ability to set up company-level trade accounts, so that you can share orders with your colleagues. You can also view and pay for any quotes in the pending orders tab.

COMPANY ACCOUNTS

The portal offers flexibility and control in how you manage your Lighting Collective trade orders in your company account. We understand that businesses come in all shapes and sizes, and this feature is designed to cater to your unique requirements.

Here's what you can expect with the company account setup:

Streamlined Account Management: Group all individual profiles associated with your business within a single, cohesive space. This feature simplifies account management, making it easier for your team to share information more effectively.

Customised Access: You have the freedom to let us know the different access levels you'd like us to assign to your staff members when setting up your company accounts. Location Admin's get full visibility to your company's full list of orders, while the Order Only allows individuals to view and manage only the orders they have placed.

PENDING ORDERS TAB

Any Quote Orders created by our Lightning Collective team will be available in the "Pending Orders" tab. It's important to note that these Quote Orders will require payment from your company before they can be processed.

*Pending orders still have a validation of 30 days and will be archived after that period.
