The Bayleaf experience an iconic Byron must do. As a local, I know from personal experience it is still one of the best places for a proper coffee and exceptional food. Our only tip, get in early before the hordes of people descend, especially on the weekends.
Specialising in brunch and long lingering coffee dates, Bayleaf serves up wholesome food made with love and care from local seasonal produce.
The breakfast and lunch menus are jam-packed with specials to take care of any night before aftermath, from organic field mushrooms, kale, black beans and poached eggs on organic spelt.… Yummmmmm!

The interiors are simple and finished to perfection. With raw timber bringing a warm and laid-back feel to the space. Teamed with mouth-blown designer lighting along with crockery and flatware to rival any homewares boutique!
