This solid brass wall fitting features a caged clear glass design inspired by traditional maritime lighting, bringing a distinctive industrial character to a range of settings. The enclosed glass cylinder sits securely within the brass cage, enhancing both visual appeal and protection against dust and moisture. Rated IP54, the fitting is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, including gardens, patios, entryways, and select bathroom applications such as vanity-side lighting when installed outside wet zones.

Available in antique brass or nickel-plated antique silver finishes, each piece includes handmade glass, where subtle air bubbles and slight variations may naturally occur as part of the glassblowing process.

The Brass finish within our image gallery may vary depending on the natural light and light source at the time of photography. Over time, natural brass will develop a patina due to oxidation. Contact our customer service for colour matching. Please see the full disclaimer below.

SPEC SHEET

Please note that natural brass may vary in colour between pieces, and can also appear slightly different in photography depending on the light at the time of shooting. Over time, brass will develop a patina due to oxidation, this is a natural characteristic of the material, not a fault. If colour matching is required, please contact our customer service team.

2026 Lighting Trends & Expert Buying Tips

n 2026, lighting has evolved beyond pure function to become the defining "jewellery" of the home — with tactility, sculptural form, and emotional well-being at the forefront of design thinking. Our expert team's 2026 Lighting Buyers Guide covers the key trends, materials, and technical considerations to help you make confident choices for every room.

This year's dominant aesthetic is "Functional Art" — pieces that serve as striking focal points even when switched off. Standout movements include hand-blown organic glassware with wabi-sabi imperfections, a Mid-Century Modern revival with living brass finishes, bold Brutalist forms, and a growing celebration of local Australian design. Leading materials include aged brass, natural fibres like rattan, and translucent alabaster and stone.

Room by room, the guide recommends a layered lighting approach, with expert advice spanning kitchen linears, bedroom warmth, exterior accent lighting, and the technical essentials — smart integration, CRI ratings, and flexible track systems.
