Cast Ceramic Wall Sconce | Urchin
The Ceramic Urchin Wall Sconce is handmade in Sydney. The original shell was scanned and 3D printed to create a master, then cast in porcelain and fired unglazed. The bare surface lets light pass through, following the ridges of the original shell, creating an inviting glow across surrounding wall surfaces. The delicate material interacts with light to enhance depth.
This sculptural wall fixture creates a calm ambience in entryways, hallways, and living rooms. Its understated form suits textural interiors and spaces that lean toward natural materials. Installed beside a mirror or along an extended wall, the ceramic piece serves as a unique focal point. With the IP54 integrated LED option, it's also suited to bathrooms and protected outdoor areas.
