Warranty Terms by Material
Specific manufacturer warranties apply based on the material composition of each lighting fixture from the date of purchase:
- Aluminium Components: Covered by a 25-year anti-corrosion guarantee against structural failure, covering the replacement of faulty aluminium parts showing signs of corrosion. This applies only to above-ground installations with the original surface treatment intact. It also includes the standard 5-year technical warranty.
- Brass & Copper Components: Covered exclusively by the standard 5-year technical warranty against manufacturing and electrical defects. The 25-year anti-corrosion guarantee does not apply to these materials. Brass and copper are living materials that naturally oxidise, tarnish, and develop a unique patina when exposed to outdoor elements. This aging process is a natural physical characteristic of the metal rather than a product defect.

Made-to-Order (Up to 16 weeks): These designs are handmade or hand-assembled by our artisan designers specifically for your order.
